I stood at the podium, beaming with pride. I raised my arms in exultation.
As customary, the national anthems were played, the prizes were given and the Champaign was sprayed. Despite all the formalities that was going on, I was simply savoring the moment of being the champion.
It was my moment, my victory and championship.
This is what I want to be when I grow up.
This is my dream.
