Michael Joyce's "afternoon, a story" appears to depict men who enjoy "cunt talk" which I noticed was mentioned in the lexia "Yes1." In the lexia, "Yes1," the man who mentions "cunt talk" makes it clear to his friend that he does not wish to "malign his wife" and this is suggested by the conditional conjunction "if." This dialogue appears to support the idea a sexual relationship being maintained only by a husband and his wife.
