David Stevenson

Spring 1993. David B. Stevenson '96, who pioneered the WWW at Brown, is here sitting in front of the IRIS multi-media Mac: this was early enough in the development of computing that we not only did not have color screens — I'm not sure that we had gray scale monitors yet — but we also needed piles of separate hard drives to work with sound and video.

If you look carefully, you can make out the Storyspace version of the Victorian Web on the screen.
