God is Watching

"Through all the ages of the world, God witnessed avarice, God witnessed lust, God witnessed envy. His creatures acted within the bounds of what they perceived to be necessity and reason, but they also taught one another virtue and strove to achieve it. They were imperfect, but from their imperfection arose the possibility of good; and this, in turn, made the world whole, justified it, reconstructed perfection within it.

But good's shadow was also cast upon the face of creation. Though men were incapable of desiring it, it found expression as they acted to achieve their desires. And because they were blind and mortal, they could not perceive that they were falling.

Through all the ages of the world, outside of Time's dominion, God considered the work that He had wrought, knowing already its outcome."
